Choirs

Our Worship Choir does not exist to perform each week.  We are a large group of lead worshipers whose role is to worship God and lead others to do the same.  It's not about performance, it's about worship. It's not about musical precision, it's about spiritual passion.  It's not about bringing momentary pleasure, it's about the Spirit working through us to change lives.

Adult Choir

Rehearsal times are Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:15 in the choir room (behind the Worship Center) and child care is provided during rehearsal.  We meet each Sunday morning 10 minutes before each service to warm-up and pray.  You can simply sing in the service you already attend, or both services. 

Student Choir

Our Student Choir gives our middle & high school students the opportunity to lead our church in worship, and to grow as a worshiper / worship-leader.  The Student Choir also provides opportunities for mission-oriented trips involving music. Come be a part of student choir by attending a rehearsal at 4:45 on Sunday afternoons in the choir room, located behind the worship center.

Worship KidStyle

Worship KidStyle is for children in grades 1-5, and meets during the school year on Wednesday Nights from 6:00-6:45. This exciting program is led by Staci O’Neal and will teach children about and involve them in worship using a variety of media and creative expression. 

Worship KidStyle Jr.

Worship KidStyle Junior is our Preschool Choir for kids age 4-5 (by September 1), and meets during the school year on Wednesday nights from 6:00-6:45 in the Ark.  Kids will have a great opportunity to learn about God through a musical experience led by Cindy Scott.  

King's Kids

King's Kid's is a high-energy program for age 3 (by September 1) led by Leslie Brown and Ashley Burke that focuses on teaching kids how to have fun with music and worship.  They meet each Wednesday night during the school year from 6:00-6:45 in the parrot room in the Ark.

Senior Adult Choir

This group meets for rehearsal and fellowship once a month on Wednesday mornings and sings once a month in the evening services. For information on the next rehearsal time call the church office at (601) 853-1090 x35 and speak with Jane Beeland or email her at jbeeland@rcbc.org.
