To include your contribution in the 2011 Year End Contributions Statement for a charitable giving tax deduction:

1) Checks, or cash in a marked envelop, may be given in the worship service on December 18 or 25, 2011

2) Checks may be mailed to the church office, 7469 Old Canton Road, Madison, MS 39110 as long as they are dated and postmarked no later than December 31, 2011

3) Online donations must have a submit date no later than December 31, 2011.
